Gerace was born in Brooklyn, New York and now lives in Manhattan. He has been travelling to the Dominican Republic for the past 12 years and makes 2-3 visits yearly.
His images have appeared in Islands Magazine, Lonely Planet's Dominican Republic and Haiti Travel Book and the current Vacation Planner for the Dominican Republic.
Gerace states that he loves the Dominican Republic's beautiful landscapes, beaches, delicious foods, great music and people.
He is currently seeking publishers with the hope of having a high quality photography book to show the world the natural beauty and vibrant spirit of the Dominican Republic.
